Sound Healing (Sunday)
About the event
Sound can have a profound effect on the mind and body. Sound Therapy, in a variety of forms, can be used to encourage self-awareness, mindfulness and calm, which can then lead to stress relief and deeper healing.
This relaxing session will be led by Tallulah Rendall, a creative facilitator, Qi Gong teacher and sound therapist. It will begin with a short Qi Gong Dao Yin sequence, to enables you to tune in to how you are feeling, both physically and emotionally.
A sound healing session will follow, in which Tallulah will combine the music of her own voice with that of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, sacred songs and Shamanic percussion to facilitate the deep relaxation of the nervous system.
Everyone is welcome at what may be an introductory sound healing experience for many, and the session is designed to facilitate deep transformational release.
When you attend this session, please wear a decent pair of headphones/earphones and have a blanket or something similar with you to make sure that you’re in a comfortable safe space.
