Alisha Newman is the Marie Curie Research Centre’s Senior Team Manager, and the Wales Cancer Research Centre’s Public Involvement Academic Lead.
These roles involve managing the Marie Curie Research Centre’s operations, and working with public contributors and staff to facilitate and embed public involvement in research across both centres.
A key aspect of Alisha’s public involvement role since 2020 has been leading on the development and launch of the Public Involvement in Research Impact Toolkit (PIRIT).
