Good Grief Facilitator

Facilitator Annie Nicholson, the Fandangoe Kid

Annie Nicholson

Annie Nicholson is The Fandangoe Kid. She’s a London-based print artist who makes large-scale, narrative-driven pieces that seek to smash taboos around complex subjects such as loss, trauma release and gender constructs.

Annie’s work includes installations, workshops and murals in London, Brighton and New York. Her short film with Tara Darby, Into Your Light, explores dancing as a tool for survival following personal loss, and will be screened at Watershed during Good Grief. Annie has worked in inner-city London for over a decade, encouraging young people from all backgrounds to know themselves better through their creative practice.
