Facilitator


Diana is a sociologist interested in how institutions and regulations shape the care older adults receive, especially at the end of life, whose research focuses on care work and end of life care in care homes. She currently holds a post-doctoral fellowship from the UKRI at the Open University, as part of which she is recruiting care home staff and managers for a workshop on end-of-life care in London in May 2023.

Diana’s research features in Social Science and Medicine, the LSE British Politics and Policy blog and, soon, the Palliative Medicine and the Sociology of Health and Illness journals.
