Gil Hilleard has over 20 years of consultancy experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and designing and implementing leading edge Change Management processes.

Gil is Senior Advisory Consultant with Leaders Lab which specialises in strategic leadership, organisation development and team development.

Gil is currently a Support Group Facilitator for Bereaved Parents working with The Compassionate Friends charity and a member of the Lived Experience Advisory Forum as part of the UK Commission on Bereavement. He is a Counsellor with The Samaritans in London and Oxford and a Trustee with the Hypermobility Syndromes Association (HMSA).

Throughout his consulting career, he worked as a consultant with the executive and trustee boards of charities including Motor Neurone Disease Association, Amnesty International and Deepalaya, and has also worked as a consultant with publicly owned service organisations including The Meteorological Office, Bank of England, National Health Service (North West Thames Regional Health Authority and Battle Hospital, Reading), Local Government and the British Broadcasting Corporation.
