Hannah Jardine Youell

Hannah Jardine Youell is a qualified hypnotherapist and an experienced coach, who uses principles of restorative and relational practice, CBT and Compassion Focussed Therapy to inform her work. She has spent the last 15 years helping children, families and individuals live happier lives, by building meaningful relationships with themselves and those around them. Trained in evidence-based parenting support from pregnancy and throughout childhood, she has experience in Youth Work, Mental Health, Children and Family Support Services, and International Education. She also works for Home Start, a charity made up of a network of volunteers and staff helping families with young children when they are going through difficult times. Hannah believes that better emotional health should be accessible to everyone, and is on a mission to share the simple tools that she has learnt from her work over the years.
