Matt Rogers

Matt Rogers is an award winning multi disciplinary artist working across Theatre, Photography and Film. He is a founder member of 2 touring theatre companies (Chotto Ookii and Uncanny theatre respectively). Projects vary in style and form. Sometimes they are visually striking and surreal theatre productions, sometimes they’re stand up comedy shows, sometimes they’re artist portraits or documentation, and sometimes they’re raucous games in which 300 people do something ridiculous together; mixing absurdity with something meaningful. Matt also works as a dramaturg, documentor and mentor on other people’s projects. Regular collaborators include Ellie Harrison and The Grief Series, Closed Forum, Discerning Nights and Lydia Cottrell.
