Rachel Warren is a Research and Policy Manager at Marie Curie, where her work focuses on the theme of Relationships, Carers and Bereavement. In 2022 she managed the UKCB’s research, consultation and policy development activities as a member of the steering group, working to develop the recommendations in consultation with key stakeholders in all four nations of the UK.
Previously, she managed and delivered policy research across all areas of social policy, including at Ipsos MORI in Scotland and at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR). At Ipsos, her work included designing and conducting independent research studies and evaluations of national policy interventions, for clients such as the Department for Work and Pensions and the Scottish Government amongst others. Rachel holds a First Class BA (Hons) in History from the University of Warwick and an MsC with Distinction in Comparative Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh.
