Stephen Clarke
Stephen is co-director of biggerhouse film and an award-winning filmmaker living in Somerset. From 1981–1994, he founded the Gog Theatre Company, working as an actor, teacher and director. The company became one of South West England’s leading companies specialising in new devised performance work for regional and national touring, theatre for young people, and International Cultural Exchange leading projects in the Cameroon, West Africa, St Petersburg and the Republic of Georgia. Stephen went on to complete a postgraduate degree in media production at Bournemouth Film School. He has been working as a professional producer, director and editor ever since. He has taught at a variety of institutions including Dartington College of Arts, Television School of Estonia, Strode College, The Engine Room and Bridgwater College.
