Free Events This Autumn 🍂
Join us this September as we explore heartbreak and loss with Poorna Bell, Julia Samuel and Dr Antonio Pascual-Leone
The wheel of the year is turning again. As the excitement and expectation of summer draws to a gentle close, and the autumn season approaches, we are reminded again that loss and change are an inevitable part of life.
Our next mini-festival will be held on Saturday, September 30th, focusing on the theme of Understanding Heartbreak + Loss. This festival is for anyone who is healing a broken heart. Whether your partner has died or you are going through a relationship break-up; or even if you are carrying emotional baggage from a relationship that ended long ago. You will find compassion and support with us on Saturday, September 30th.
We’re delighted to be joined by Poorna Bell – an award-winning journalist and author whose critically acclaimed book, Stronger, follows her journey to find physical strength after her husband, Rob, took his own life in 2015 at the age of 39. Now a competitive amateur powerlifter, Poorna has inspired thousands of women all over the world to find their strength in the face of adversity.
Julia Samuel will bring her trademark wisdom and insight to âHeartbreak 101: Understanding Grief at the End of a Relationship’. Expect to come away with a better understanding of the complexities of grieving the end of a relationship, and how your history of loss will impact your experience.
World expert in all things emotional, Dr Antonio Pascual-Leone, will provide âA Roadmap for Grieving the End of a Relationshipâ full of specific ways anyone with a broken heart can find a way forward.
Register here for our September 30th mini-fest on Heartbreak.
