Saturday Festival Highlights
Welcome to day two of Good Grief Fest, a three-day virtual festival of love and loss that is totally free to watch online. Positive feedback from yesterday has been quite overwhelming – here’s how we’ll try to live up to your expectations today – with discussions, yoga, singing, art and more.

MAIN STAGE HIGHLIGHTS
Starting at the top, tune in at 18:00 for our interview with comedian Robert Webb, or join acclaimed podcaster Cariad Lloyd’s Dead Parent Club discussion. Acclaimed author Nikesh Shukla and friends talk food in Grief at the Kitchen Table, while Ed Gillespie leads a discussion on eco-anxiety and Grieving for our Planet. To get involved vocally, why not join James Sills’ Sofa Singers Virtual Choir and sing that grief out.
LIVE-STREAMED WEBINARS + WORKSHOPS
Numerous fascinating events are going live alongside our Main Stage sessions. There’s Feel Into It Yoga, or you can learn how to use art to process grief with Gary Andrews. For an academic spin, watch our Grief and Philosophy talk or explore grief in the literature of Virginia Woolf. If losing someone has inspired you to write, Nikesh Shukla’s Writing Memoir To Heal workshop is a great place to get started.
GRIEF CHATS + GRIEF SCHOOL SESSIONS
Watch our intimate Grief Chats and broader Grief School panel discussions at your leisure this weekend (until 7pm Sunday). Topics include losing loved ones to substance misuse, trauma, dementia and suicide; losing a pet; baby loss and the death of a child; and being bereaved in specific ways such as knife crime, sepsis or cancer.
