After the success of the 2022 virtual Marie Curie Research Conference we are keeping the 2023 conference virtual and free to attend, to enable as many people as possible with an interest in improving end of life experience to join.
The aim of our conference is to share the latest research and evidence in palliative and end of life care to improve the end of life experience for all. We hope to inform and inspire attendees, to help change practice and shape future research.
The 2023 Research Conference will open with a session on out-of-hours care, and will then continue with each day focusing on each of our four key thematic priorities, as part of the Marie Curie Research, Policy and Public Affairs (RPPA) strategy.
New to this year’s conference will be our Spotlight sessions. These are one hour, bitesize sessions designed to shine a light on topics that have been highlighted to us as areas of particular interest and importance in the sector. These include dementia, motor neurone disease, digital interventions and patient and public involvement.
We will continue to update the programme as speakers are confirmed. Follow us on twitter for regular updates about our research and this conference.
For questions about the content of the conference please email research.info@mariecurie.org.uk. For technical questions about the conference please email hello@goodgrieffest.com.
